The design aesthetic of this project required large expanses of glass to allow the open plan living concept to take maximum advantage of the views and available light. Utilising commercial grade framing provided the strength to support the ample glass sheets necessary for this. Global Reach supplied powder coated frames to the developer's specification and integrated double glazed, LowE toughened glass to ensure thermal values were maintained as per the brief. To adhere to the Fire Engineering Report, smoke activated automated glass louvres were also installed.
