7-15 Little Oxford Street is a collection of 21 boutique 1,2 and 3 bedroom apartments situated in the heart of Collingwood. These residences were completed mid December 2018 by Henny Pty Ltd. The building embodies urban, industrial design elements making use of the surrounding architecture to further predicate this conceptual style. Using a chunky, commercial grade frame structure, Global Reach was able to add to this aesthetic.

The aluminium windows and doors were comprised of powder coated, non thermal break frames, double glazed LowE and clear toughened glass to ensure high performance and superior energy efficiency. The project included casement and awning windows, sliding and hinged doors and manually operated glass louvres. Door furniture was also specially sourced to bring together the high end nature of this project.
