The beautiful Alba Apartments, situated within the leafy suburb of Mont Albert in Melbournes' inner East consists of two retail tenancies below ten luxuriously appointed residential apartments. Completed in mid 2021, this $5.5M development was designed by CHT Architects and built by Johns Lyng Commercial Builders.

Global Reach integrated double glazed, Low E toughened glass with a 12mm Argon Gas spacer into the 100mm powder coated commercial frame profiles to ensure thermal values were maintained as per the brief. A combination of fixed and double hung windows along with sliding doors were utilised in this build. An automatic sliding cavity door was also included at the entrance to the building. With energy efficiency and sustainability being paramount, the high quality glazing alongside high end fixtures and fittings enabled the project to obtain enviable energy ratings.
