There were numerous glazing parameters to include such as low iron, heat soaking, laminated glass, clear and obscure, as well as heat strengthening, 9 and 12mm black Argon Gas spacers and Low E film. Both Dulux and Interpon powder coat products were utilised, in several different colours all with a 20 year warranty as per the developers specification, The build included fixed and awning windows, hinged doors and door frames and auto operating mechanisms concealed in the ceiling space.
